We’re going nuts over our almonds! When the summer sun is at its highest and hottest, ’tis the season for harvesting almonds. The almond trees that were planted in 2019 across sixty hectares of pristine farmlands around Bartholomeus Klip have not quite reached adulthood, but are already producing beyond expectations – 800 to 1200 nuts per tree, or 200kg per hectare.
