The gastronomic cuisine of our chef Louise Gillett plays a central role in every visit to Bartholomeus Klip: fresh, genuine and delicious food, with ingredients from the farm, from the nature reserve, or from the Swartland region. Each carefully prepared dish offers an exquisite culinary experience; a kaleidoscope of flavours, colours, smells and textures.

Sustainability, Fair Trade & Conservation

At Bartholomeus Klip, sustainability, fair trade, and nature conservation aren’t just boxes to be checked. They’re woven into the fabric of everything we do – from uplifting our farm community to protecting endangered species and fragile ecosystems. As a long-term certified member of Fair Trade Tourism, every experience here is rooted in our passion for making a positive impact: for our guests, our community, and the planet.
