Covid-19 waiver of liability
I/We hereby absolve Bartholomeus Klip Farmhouse and/or its employees, and Elandsberg Farms (Pty) Ltd and/or its directors, officers, employees and representatives from any and all liability for all and any claims for damages or otherwise and arising from any cause whatsoever, including, but not limited to the negligence (gross or otherwise) or wrongful act of any of the aforementioned persons that may accrue to me, my estate, heirs and/or dependants in respect of injury to or death of any person or loss or destruction of or damage to any property suffered by me/us whilst present at and/or utilising any of the facilities provided and/or involved in any activities of whatever nature on any property owned by Elandsberg Farms (Pty) Ltd.
I/We confirm that we have not tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 60 days, that I/we do not show any signs or symptoms indicative of Covid-19 at arrival, and that I/we will notify Bartholomeus Klip Farmhouse management should I/we develop any signs of symptoms indicative of Covid-19 during our stay. I/We understand the gravity of this pandemic, and undertake to cooperate with any measures to prevent or effectively deal with Covid-19 incidents as may be decided on by Bartholomeus Klip Farmhouse.
