• Ciao de pepe tortellini, pecorino cheese, ground black pepper, crisp potato crunch, parmesan oil (v)

• Spicy chicken livers with cumin, paprika fresh chilli and jersey cream on apache potato purée, crispy onions garlic oil

• Soup: Peas, slow cooked oxtail, shallots, parsnip, barley, bacon crumb

 

Main course

• Chargrilled fillet of beef, coal roasted baby beets, marrow fat jus, smoked cauliflower puree, grilled oyster mushrooms, crispy bits, chermoula
