    Since the first Wagyu calf was born at Elandsberg in 2016, we have strived to breed animals with superior genetics. Sustainable farming practices allow us to breed cattle of consistent and healthy quality.
    Low in sodium, rich in oleic acid and monounsaturated fats which may assist in reducing cholesterol. Free range with over 50 animals roaming the pastures. Fed for 12 months on a unique and balanced recipe using grain produced on the farm. The marbling contains fatty acids with a low melting point, which results in a melt in the mouth experience. Bespoke and limited supply from top animals only, sourced from top Wagyu bloodlines. Quality control supply chain.
