Balance of payment must be made 45 days prior to arrival
Bookings made at short notice must be confirmed by full payment within 24 hours.
For bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival, 100% of deposit will be forfeited.
All refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee.
Bookings will be released automatically and without notification if these conditions are not met.
A 20% single supplement is applicable.

Prices exclude all meals and pantry items that can be ordered online here at least 7 days before arrival. Your orders are stocked in the fridge on arrival. We are unfortunately unable to arrange catering on the day.
Morning nature drives need to be booked in advance. Cost is R350pp / R180 per child
Child minders can be arranged for evenings at R50.00 per hour.
Please note we do not allow children younger than 16 years of age at the Farmhouse for meals, activities, or access to the pool and farmhouse gardens
Self-catering guests may not make use of the facilities at the Farmhouse without prior permission. The pool, garden and house are for Farmhouse guests only.

Self-catering guests are able to make use of the facilities at the Deckhouse. All canoes, and Kayaks are kept here for their use. Bikes are left at the house to use free of charge.
